iCare 2024 Story Contest Entry

West Virginia Association of Health Plans

The West Virginia Association of Health Plans wants to share the success stories of its most valuable asset, the hundreds of healthcare professionals working to make a difference in the lives of the people they serve. In conjunction with our members, WVAHP is proud to announce the iCare 2024 Story Contest.

​

The iCare 2024 Story Contest is open to any healthcare professional or customer service representative in WVAHP’s network of member organizations (Aetna, Highmark Health Options, The Health Plan and UniCare). To enter, simply share your story using the online contest entry form below.  Entries will be evaluated, and the top submissions will win.
 

  • One Grand Prize iCARE Award Winner: $500 prize

  • Three iCARE Runner-Up Winners: $350 prize

  • Three iCARE Honorable Mention Winners: $200 prize

  • Categories: Care Coordination, Community, Improving Member Experiences, Innovative, and SUD Good News Stories

Previous iCARE winners include Amanda Poole, UniCare (2019), Michelle Tracy, The Health Plan (2020), Lori Fizer, Aetna (2021), Ashley Moore, Aetna (2022), and Michelle Tracy, The Health Plan (2023) & Karen Halloran, UniCare (2023). 


All winners will be invited to join the plans for dinner at their winter meeting scheduled for December 9th at the University of Charleston in Charleston, WV.  Be sure to follow WVAHP on Facebook and Twitter  or visit our website  – all winners will be announced at the December event.

The contest is open only to employees of member organizations - Aetna Better Health of West Virginia, Highmark Health Options, The Health Plan and UniCare Health Plan of West Virginia.  The deadline for submission is October 25, 2024. Use the form below to submit your entry.
